Charles Parrott, Vice-President, Business Development

Biography

Charles Parrott serves as Vice President of Business Development at MPA. He is primarily responsible for project management, client relations, systems design, and technical writing functions.

Mr. Parrott has over 15 years of IT experience, specializing in project management and database applications and design. Before joining MPA in 2005, he held positions as project manager, business analyst, and technical lead at respected international consulting firms.

Charles Parrott is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science and Writing.
